All my pottery is handmade. The preparation of the clay and the realization is done by hand through two techniques of colling and slabbing, for which the construction by hand takes time. The trimming, the first firing (bisque) at a temperature of 950 C. While the glazing of the ceramic bisque, a second firing (glaze) at 1200 C. The whole process takes a long time. There is no shortcut. Nothing can be done quickly and it takes a lot of attention, care, and patience, but that's the beauty of this art. It is so special to work with the elements of earth, water, and fire. The union of water with the clay of the earth creates a beautiful and at the same time fragile object. With the addition of the fire element, this temporary and delicate structure transforms into a permanent entity. Everything has an influence, my hands are the means that transform each product into something absolutely unique.
